Hi All,

We have CRM 5.0 installed on Windows 2003 with MS-SQL as database.During NWDI configuration , we encountered a problem while trying to import the checked-in archives into Development system. It took more than 15 hours and at the end the operation failed. We are not able to figure out the cause.

Need some pointers on the same to resolve the issue.

Thanks & Regards,

Udaya Bhaskar Perecharla.

Hi Shobhan,

Yes, we have created a domain, track, added software components and downloaded standard .sca files and completed check-in stage. Now after this while trying to import the .sca files into Development system, it consumed lot of time and the operation was failure.

We have also configured run time systems and followed the steps mentioned in SAP E-COMMERCE 5.0 Landscape and Extension guide.

Please pass on your suggestions.

Regards,

Uday.

Hello Udaya,

Have you followed all the steps mentioned in the JDI post installation guide, especially the configuration of the CBS service.

Import running problems are mainly caused when all the steps mentioned in the post installation guide have not been followed.

Hi Sidharth,

We followed the steps mentioned and only thing i doubt is , we got a pop up to restore ..(dont remember exactly) while Checking in the components. we didnt find any thing of that in CMS. Have you encountered any such instance.

Uday.
