Storage unit error

Hi,

Im doing a transport order and we enter a SU existant. The system display the following error message:

"Storage unit 1000000000 is not consistent with other transfer order data".

We think that we can include in the same SU many materials, storage bin and quant number. It is posible?

Hi

Check the data in the Transfer Order, the item (such as the quant number, storage bin or storage type) does not belong to the storage unit number that you entered.

Thanks Madu, I know that this information not belong to the SU. But my question was that if 1 SU can include several OT with differents materials, quants numbers and storage bin). If not, we have to create one TO per SU? Or many TO per SU but all with the same quant number and storage bin?

Hi Enzo,

In the WM system SU is always unique errspective of material, but you can store multiple material in one storage unit using mixed SU management consept .

For E.x: Two different materials or Two different batch materials can be placed in a single storage unit in this case two quants will be placed in a storage unit.

for the second question, If the stocsk available for the delivery quantity,it can be create single TO for any number of storage units for all the stocks, in this case quants will be different.
