Need to change the logon link insde the srm shopping cart workflow

Hi,

i need to change the old web link to the new link inside the workflow,

while creating the shopping cart the workflow ws14000133 is triggered ,the approvers will get a mail,in the body of the mail there is logon hyperlink will points to a web address, i need to change the web address.

recently we are upgraded srm 5 to 7.for this purpose we have to maintain in portal link.please giver your valuable suggestions to solve this.

Hi,

This mail (from program /SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPROVAL) uses view /SAPSRM/V_PORT_C.

Go to transaction SM30 and open table /SAPSRM/V_PORT_C. Look at this values but carefully with the chance, because this values are used with Portal too.

If you have a portal and would like to customize the logon link, check SPRO configuration in the following link:

http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/SRM/Offlineapproval-Logonlinkdoesnot+work

Also, since you are using SRM 7.0 you should run /SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPROVALSEND instead of RSWUWFMLEC.
