Access sequence: wrong field (output message)

Hallo Gurus,

I have created an access sequence for the determination of an output message.

The access is for Saleg Organization (field VKORG).

In VF02 no message is determined because the system uses field Doc.Type (FKART)!

How is it possible?

In that case, check have you determine you output type for your Billing Doc or not.

If it there then goto the change mode of the Billing document in VF02 and in the output (Header/Item), goto the output Determination analysis. Check the output type which should trigger, there you will find detailed info why it was not triggered

I know why it is not triggered:

because it takes the wrong field.

The sequence access should be for SalegOrg, while VF02 makes an access for Doc.Type.

Okay

The check the access maintain in the output type access sequence (Tcode NACX).

say. if access seq is like following

Access No ______ Table No.____ Desc

10______________008________Billing Type

20______________901________Sales Organization

Then maintain it

Access No _____ Table No.____ Desc

9______________901_________Sales Organization

10_____________008_________Billing Type

Do u mean to say

System is showing wrong field against long field lebel in following path?

in NACE->Select V3->Output Type->Select your output type->give there access sequence & check other options also.

You need to maintain condition record for output in TCode VV31 for your output type for your combination.

Hallo, of course condition record is maintained.

The problem is that in VF02 access is done with wrong field.

Sequence access is defined with VKORG, while output determination is done with field FKART.

You have to check in VOTXN what access sequence is assigned to that text id

Access sequence is correct. But the field is wrong.

It takes the wrong access, the one with Doc.Type instead of the one with SalesOrg.
