Hello All,
We have an issue regarding spool while printing document for sales return.
Issue is- we need to delete old spool request to generate new one. It has become very clumsy for us, always we have to delete old spool, then print new sales return document.
Only one of the users is facing this problem.
Print options:
untick- output immediately
tick- delete after output.
even if i tick the delete after output option, same problem persists.
Please revert asap.

Hi Disha,
could it be possible that the output is APPENDED to an old one? This is a strange behaviour, sometimes depending on user settings in older systems. I don't know if this is also valid for your case. But have a look in the VERY old note #16410.

But my problem is, if other does follow the same process, he or she does not need to delete the old spool, it generates new request.
only one user is facing this problem. he always needs to delete the old one. Clarify if there is problem at authorization end.
