Urgent !! Cannot read the configuration file in Development Component Proje

Hi ,

I want to create a property file in Development component project so that I can read in my webdynpro and also edit in Visual admin:

Is this the way; Please let me know.

I have created development component for CAF, and imported a property file in /src/packages/applications and want to read the same.

Property file is in external.wda and the path of the property file is PORTAL-INF\webdynpro\Applications\com.bearingpoint.customer.CustomerSearchApp

I tried the code from the below link

but did not work.

Can you anyone of you please send me the code to read the properties file.

Have you gone through <a href="http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/9e/093aeec9b8634789fa07b3301f1a44/frameset.htm">Using property files</a>. Is it this that you wanted to use?.
