Shopping cart in 'Waiting for approval'

Hello ,

We have setup automatic system approval for shopping cart in SRM 7 ( process controlled workflow).It was working fine till last week. However , since last two days the shopping cart are in status - 'Waiting for approval' .

Can anyone please guide me as to what points I need to check from the investigation point of view?

If above is the case I would say please ask you BASIS team to check the buffer.. Sometime if the buffer memory is overfilled this type of issue will occur..

What is about workflow background, Please check SWI6 and let me know whether workflow is completed or not.

Then we can guess it.

It is automtic approval?

If so check in transaction SWE2 if the following event linkage active:

/SAPSRM/CL_WF_PDO READY_FOR_RELEASE SRM_PROCESS_START

If not activate it again and retest.

Hi Rama,

please check first if user WF-BATCH is not locked.

If not you can follow SAP-note '322526 Analysis for workflow problems' to analyse your problem.
