Forecast profile not calculating error

Hi Guys,

I am facing problem related to forecast profile. I created forecast profile using seasonal model (Not Master forecast profile). When back job run. It's try to run with seasonal model, but it's can't, so it's don't compute MAPE error. With out MAPE it's does not know that it need to go back to Master forecast profile (56 and MAPE) or not.

So, I don't know why it not calculating MAPE? Do any one facing same kind of problem?

Have you checked the MAPE checkbox on your univariate forecast profile?

MAPE error will be calculated regardless of strategy mainatained in profile. but make sure you have selected MAPE error calc method while creation of forecast profile.

MAPE( mean absolute persentage error) is the best method to analyse error even SAP recommended to use this method to get best results.
