Automatic Packaging

Hi Experts,

When i am doing automatic packing system showing multiple quantities in a single box.

for automatic packing I create 1 Instruction as below

material A=12 qty, material B = 12 qty, material C = 12 qty.

packed these material into 1 box and packing 5 boxes into 1 case.

for this i already creat upper and lower instruction.

but when i m packing material A 20 qty and material B 10 qty

system packing material A 12 qty and B 10 qty in same box and material A 8 qty in another box.

The requirement is that the box 1 should contain 12 qty of material A, box 2 should have 8 qty of material A and 4 qty of material B and the box 3 should contain remaining 6 qty of material B.

Please help as how the requirement can be fulfilled.

Hi,

As I know, your requirment is not supported in SAP standard (HU has to count 12 pcs, regardless of material). You will have 12 A AND 12 B AND 12 C (total 36 pcs).

Read SAP Help, in HUM section.

Hi,

Hi system is working in the standard way as per your setting.Try creating three separate instructions with each material A-12 qnt, material B-12 qnt, material C- 12 qnt.
