Hi Experts,
How to Trasfer the budget between two projects ( project A to Project B). Iam using CJ34 but it was throwing a Error"Overall budget is less than the overall release".
In current process: we are maintaing project budget in the root level wbs element. Using CJ30 assinging budet and CJ32 to release and to activate AVAC.
Could somebody guide is SAP have any other T-codes to to transfer Budget cost from one project to other.

Peter.
Use T-code KB11N to transfer cost from source to destination.Check out the option of WBS SCRn variant.

Hi,
You are transfering budget from Project A to Project B.
In project A suppoe you have budget of 1000 and it ie released for the full amount 1000.
Now you want to transfer 200 from this project A to Project B.
You have to unrelease this amont from project A. for this go to CJ32 and reduce the relsed amont by 200 and enter 800.
Now you have 200 in unrelesed stage in project A
Now system will allow you transfer the unrelesed amount from project A to project B.
Systgem always allow only the amount which is not release for budget transfer and Budget return. You can not trnsfer / return the release amonut.

Hi Peter,
The amount which you passed (in CJ34) would be less than the release amount (in CJ32) for the sender WBS element.
So, you need to release the deserved amount for the sender WBS amount in CJ32 in order carry out the transfer sucessfully.
Best Regards,
Punith.
