when i verify on DB13, i find this errors on checkDB:

This is a Common error. You should check these notes.

Note 400241 - Problems with ops$ or sapr3 connect to Oracle

Note 113747 - Permissions for DBA tools BR*Tools and SAPDBA

for the note 113747 its for Un but im working at in2003, could you please indicate me where i can find the directory sapmnt.

Hello nana

Looks like the user sapsr3 and system are having issues.

You need pass the right passwords for these.

SAPSR3 is the user which actually invoking your DB for DB13 activities.

Kindly set password properly it will be fine.
