Delete Sales Order

Hi Experts,

i have cancelled Service billing document by VF11 (Accounting Doc generated), now i want to delete corrosponding Sales Order but system shows massage 'Sales Order can not be deleted because of subsequest document'

I had WBS assignment in the order, i have deleted WBS and tryied to delete but still same massage.

Please advice how to do this? billing document is already cancelled.

Hi Prasanth,

You can't delete a sales order if a subsequent document exists (even though you have deleted those subsequent documents). You can put a delivery/billing block for such orders.

Please check the subsequent doc in document flow and if needed do PGR then delet delivery doc and then sales order.

Hi Prashant,

I dont know how accaptable it is but I would suggest you to go for Reason for Rejection! The same case had happened to me and I put the Reason for Rejection and it was ok for me.
