SAP GUI in Inverted Color

Hi All,

I have installed SAP GUI 7.20 sp2 . But when I start the logon pad icannot see anything, the whole GUI looks black, like the entire window is in black, I am not sur ewhat is causing this issue. I have Windows 7 32 bit version.

Any ideas? The same software I used to install in my other laptop that seems fine. So i am thinking something in my laptop that is causing this issue. Any ideas to fix this issue.

I have seen this before as well. Sometimes changing the theme back from the SAP Signature Design to Tradeshow or Enjoy and then back has worked. I have also seen where if you re-install the msxml4.msi from the SAP GUI DVD resolves this. That file can be found under NW_7.0_Presentation\PRES1\GUI\WINDOWS\WIN32\system on your GUI DVD.

hello Alex,

please restart your PC after the installation and try to logon again. If it does not help try to reinstall SAPGui with PL6
