We are holding all order for checking the customer coming under Denied party list. Through workflow we are releasing all orders having good customers.So Can you explain, how to create workflow for this particular scenario?
Order should be in HOLD Position untill GRC check. Through RFC we are sending to GRC system. Based upon the results we have to Either release or block.Orders of the Customer(coming under sanctioned Pary list) should be released immediately.But customer coming under denied party list should be blocked.
When you say GRC system its means you maintain any Z table (If SAP System) or Host table (If Non SAP System) to allow the control to identify which is good customer and which is bad customer??
The reason I ask this question is to make sure your GRC system response towards RFC call from SRM..
