Transport - XI 3.0 SP17 to PI 7.0 SP8?

Is it possible to transport design and config from XI 3.0 SP17 to PI 7.0 SP8 using either File System or CMS mode?

The difference between X13 and PI7.0 is

basically the kernel.

So you should not have problem to do that.
