Issue in replicating Datasource in BI(SPM)

HI,

We have installed SPM extractor Starter kit. We have configured extractor flat files and generated datasource with help of SSA 21 extractor configuration document. We have checked in RSA2 and we have extracted data from RSA3 as well, its working fine.We also checked in RSA6, its coming under Not connected node.

We are facing some issue in replicating the datasource in BI side. I tried to replicate the datsource by right clicking on source system and selecting Replicate datasource option. After replication, its not appearing in BI system. Please help us to replicate the datasource.

Hi Sakshi,

This seems like a BW issue and nothing to do with SPM. Do you get any warning or error messages? Also are you able to replicate any other data sources other than SPM. Want to make sure the replicate datasource functionality is working first. If all seems ok, here are a few things you can try:

- Try and add these extractors under an existing info-area in source and then on the BW side right click on this specific info-area and replicate it.

- Try and create a new sub info-area under an existing info-area and move the extractors under this new info-area. On the BW side do the same thing, right click on the info-area and replicate.

Hopefully this should work.
