Quality Certificates for PP.

Hi All,

Can u guide me how to configure the quality certificates for the the Inspection Lots generated from Process Orders.?

As in right from "Define Condition Types for Output Determination" to "Edit Output Determination Procedure". Coz I am not able to do it ?

Hi Sujit,

Lot is being generated once the process order is confirmed and so we dont maintain the MIC in Recipe. MIC are maintained in Plan.

If its 04 inspection type as result origin then its absolutely fine.............Then as I said every thing remains same as that of the certificate in production.

I presume that you are using the Master Recipe for maintaining the MIC's.

Considering this fact only you have to make sure that in Quality certificate customization->certificate profile->define date origin --->In allowed comb of specification & value origin ---> Material specification from production chain is maintained with Inspection form production

Now in QC01 >characteristics->Inspec specs origin---> Material specification from production

Rest of the things will remain same as certificate in production
