Field is not know for condition access

HI PROFESSIONALS,

WHILE CREATING SALES ORDER VA01 THE FOLLOWING ERROR IS POPPING UP

"FIELD IS NOT KNOWN FOR CONDITION ACCESS"..

THE MESSAGE IS POPPING UP AFTER SPECIFYING MATERIAL AND QUANTITY IN THE ITEM DATA..

I AGAIN CHECKED THE ACCESS SEQUENCE (V/07) EVERYTHING IS FINE.

COULD U HELP ME OUT IN FINDING THE SOLUTION..

Hello,

For these kind of error there can be 2 possibility:

1. Either condition table (if newly created one) is not properly generated.

2. or in access sequence's access the fields are not initialed, means in access sequence while going to the field under Accesses should be green.

hi JP,

Thank u for your your reply.According to your guide lines i checked both possibilities.

1) Condition table is created properly.

2) I noticed all green indicators in the access fields.

Is there any other config that to be done.If any do reply to me.

Check the following notes which may help you

1) Note 50259 - Termination VE804: Field - is not known

2) Note 74556 - VE804: Field KOMKBV3-LLAND is not known

Hai Aravindh,

In Sales order condtion, Access sequence which are the field catalogs used.

Normally in sales order material and soem plant combination may be there.

So without entering the plant value or some required value, if you press enter the pricing conditon will not flow pproperly and you may get this error.

Please check the field catalog and then enter the the value then press ENTER.
