Material Staging

Hi All,

I am using repetitive scenario. In my case I have finished material and components. I am using only IM storage location.

For finished material storage location is 0501 and for components using 0502 storage location.

I have extended storage location of raw materials to 0501 location.

I am transfer posting material from 0502 location to 0501 location with movement 311.

I am using MF60 for staging of components and completed material staging.

Then completed REM back flush

My Question is:

Once the components transferred from 0502 to 0501 then system is allowing material staging.

When material staging is done again 311 movement type is triggered from 0501 to 0502

Can somebody brief about the case...

It seems as if you are talking about ERP, however, this forum is dedicated to SAP Manufacturing Execution solution. So, you'd rather look for more appropriate forum, though there is a number of ERP-raleted ones so you migth need to search by keywords.
