same condition record with different partner function

Hello,

Background information:

Output type: Z001

Access Sequence: 0002 [Order Type]

Output job: send a customized smartform as an email(through Medium 5) immediately once the sales document is saved.

the requirement:

send the same smartform to multiple partner function.

the issue:

in the output condition record ,i have managed to create one entry with only one partner function (e.g. SP), which is working as expected. But when i try create another entry for the same Order type and different partner function (lets say PY), the system gives me an error "The condition record entered already exists".

is there a work around?

The other case is different. in my case, every partner function has the correct email. my issue is with creating a condition record with the same "Order type" but with partner functions.

is there a way to put the combination [order type/partner function] as access sequence?
