Customer Email address

Hi,

We need to Extract the Customer's Email address present in XD03.

Could you please provide us the Table name & field which would give us this data or any other alternative to extract this data.

Hai Umesh,

You can make a Customer Email Address report in SQVI connecting KNA1 and ADR6 table with ADRNR field.

You can give the reports to users and they can use to take the list of Email Ids.

1) This address data where you wan to print if you want to print on smartform please use address window .

From KNA1 take ADRNR and pass this value to ADR6 you will get the complete address.

Hi

From the table get the values of ADRNR KNA1-ADRNR and next pass this values into the table ADR6 in to the field

ADR6-ADDRNUMBER and execute. Now you can get all the email addresses from the field ADR6-SMTP_ADDR

Get the ADRC field from table KNA1 for the Customer and then go to table ADR6 and pick the email address from field SMTP_ADDR

You can do a F1 on the field to find that, field name for email address is SMTP_ADDR which is stored in Table ADR6
