SRM CCM 200_700 : Add-On Installation doesn't work on win 7 platform

Hello,

we have some problem on PC's where windows 7 was installed. When the user log in to the SRM CCM on win 7 platform IE 8, system write the message "you don't have the permition". But when the same user will log in to the SRM on win XP platform, IE8, SRM CCM work.

Is there anybody who should have help us with the solution of this problem?

Hello,

we ware find the solution of this problem. There was the latest version of java and that was the mistake. We ware dovngrade the java on version 1.4.2_16 and SRM CCM works o.k.
