How to hide the decrement field in Live Auction cockpit from supplier's view?

Decrement is an essential piece of information for the auction process. Without its visibility, how can bidders/suppliers provide a valid bid price?

Dear Jang Yang,

Supplier can submit the price refer from next valid bid.

Thanks,

CJ

In that case, you would have to modify the Java code for the Live Auction applet. You would have to contact SAP for the source code and alter it accordingly.

Hi.

I don't think there is a BADI that let you control the visibility of LAC fields, beyond the standard "bidder view" control panel available during Acution creation.

If you want to modify the jars pleae refer to sap note

[Note 861246 - Configuring the LA Applet to Use Customized Resources|https://websmp230.sap-ag.de/sap%28bD1pdCZjPTAwMQ==%29/bc/bsp/spn/sapnotes/index2.htm?numm=861246]

Hi C J.

the note 861246 is not to be implemented on SRM.

the suggested changes are to be applied directly on the server where the LAC is installed.

Note that the note instructions does not contain any srm customization, but only shell-commands to manage LAC jar files repository directly.
