Hi all..... we just did a client copy on a solman system.... ZZZ-500 TO ZZZ-700 (SAP_ALL Profile)... but now we cannot seem to create any SolMan tickets by logging into that client.... keep getting the following error
"Error in local message system; message 009999000042 not complete (BCOS030) "
i did check the number ranges... even created new ones... with no luck...

This could fix the issue

Check table entries in BCOS_CUST.
Does it point to proper RFC destination ?
