The creator of the SC must not be able to make any changes to the PO

Hi ALL

I have a Business Scenario in the standalone deployment,

'The creator of the requsition (shopping cart) must not be able to make any changes to the Purchase Order created'

Can you please advise if this scenario can be established and if yes how?

Hello,

There is the possibility for you to use BADI BBP_AUTHORITY_CHECK.

By implementing this BADI you will be able to achieve more sophisticated authorization check.

Hi

Please discuss your requirement with Basis team of your org , they can assign only display access roles to Shopping cart creator employee role, whereby you can restrict PO change authorisation.

alternatively you can maintain BADi - BBP_AUTHORITY_CHECK as suggested by Ricardo.
