Job SEND_SYSTEM_RELATIONSHIP_TO_SUPP failing - S-User issues i think!

Hi All

I am currently having some issues with the particular job and also it appears with the connection to SAP.

The job SEND_SYSTEM_RELATIONSHIP_TO_SUPP is failing with the following error message in the job log:

User S000 lacks authorization object Maintain System Data for installation 002XXXXXXX

No we have checked this S-User on the SAP portal and it has full access to Maintain system data, I have even logged on to SAP as that user and adjusted the system info.

Also

if we run transaction SOLMAN_CONNECT we are getting a "Systems not migrated" message which is fine, however if I try to run the report AI_SC_MIGRATION in SE38 i get the following message:

User S000XXXXXXX lacks authorization object Open Service connections for installation 002XXXXXXX

It is with the same S user and I know this user has full access to open service connections.

This is really strange, I have checked SM59 and all apears fine - have I missed anything?

I've had the same problem since upgrading to 7.01.26 last week. I opened a customer message on this yesterday. So far it was recommended that I apply [SAP Note 1563620|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1563620]. It didn't help in my case, but you never know...when I get a solution I'll follow-up here.

I'm glad it helped. It works for me now too. The program in memory appears not to have been refreshed immediately, but by the next day it was OK.

Just to confirm "SAP Note 1563620 - Problems with authorizations for service connections" helped in my case as well.

I have actually looked at this note but unfortunately I get the following message:

SAP Note does not contain valid correction instructions.
