Hello Experts,
Need to config SSO from BI ABAP to BI Java
some one had installed BI ABAP in one server and BI Java in differnet server, in this senario we know only ABAP system ip address.
Is there any chance to findout BI Java server ip address by using BI ABAP server or some other way.
Thanks in advance
Naveen
Hi,
What a strange question ! You don't know what is installed and where in your own company !
I would not like to work there...
Usually BI Java uses BI APAP as the UME database. You should try to use transaction STADin the ABAP stack to display RFC steps from user SAPJSF. In the client info part, you should find the initial system-ID which contains the Java stack hostname.

Hello Naveen
In SM59 of BI system create a ABAP RFC while creating that mention the hostname in techincal settings just mention the hostname of BI system and click on IP address radio button the IP address of the BI host will be displayed right next to that.

Check the RFC's that may help you , however if it is new java system and does not have any previous configuration with abap system then it is better to ask for IP address .
