Enteprise Portal RTA problem

Hello Experts,

I am having problems connecting RAR to Enterprise RTA. The master data download (http://<server:port>/webdynpro/dispatcher/sap.com/grc~cceprta/DownloadData?SAPtestID=1) is also not successful.

The errors are the same: Service not found: CCPSService.

I search the forum but didn't find the answer. Please let me know what the problem could be?

The environment:

Enterprise Portal version 7.01 sp07

RAR version 5.3 sp15

EPRTA version 5.3 sp15.

Hello Jack,

SAP knows of the issue. I just raised a message on it and they replied that SP15 Patch 1 for the VIREPRTA will be released tomorrow (April 30th).

Seems the patch release is delayed.

Hello Jack,

It seems that they skipped Patch 1 for SP15 of the EP RTA. They have just notified me (and I confirmed) that Patch 2 is now available...
