Clear Alert Inbox in PI 7.1

Hi

I have about 7000 messages in my Alert INBOX, How can I do mass deletion of the messages, (not by selecting each one)

Hi,

Go to ALRTDISP and select all the messages over there and delete the same...

will get deleted all the alerts in a shot..

Try running the RSALERTPROC job. Also, this should be scheduled periodically to clean obsolete alerts from the system.
