Hello all,

Any idea why I get this message ?

We are sending "quick complete" XML message for all our materials --> they are all working expected for this material, where I always receive the subject error message with the SFC number in it !

XML messages for other materials are exactly structured the same, that's why I don't understand why this one is not working

Hi Michaël ,

Assuming your SFC doesn't already exist, and that there are no hooks on this Resource, it means that your DM520 Create_SFC pre-start hook didn't create the SFC so the START / COMPLETE can't be done. I don't know what is wrong that stops DM520 working with this Material. I would check the Shop Order first. Or could it be possible the SFC was already archived?

Regards,

Andrew.

Hi Andrew,

Thanks for you suggestions

I tried to "unarchived" this SFC and found that the number has been already used in June 2010 !

That explains why I have the error.

It's always good to have answer from a specialist like you, you're the best

Thanks,

Michaël.
