Total SC, PO and Confirmation

Hi Experts

I need to extract the data from the SRM system for:

1. Total SC Created, Saved, Deleted, Awaiting Approval, Approved

2. Total PO created, Ordered

3. Total Confirmation in the Backend

Can you tell me the steps pls

1. You can use Report BBP_BW_SC2 for Total SC Created, Saved, Deleted, Awaiting Approval, Approved
