VL10G shows up all SO in addition to input selection of one SO

Hi SAP Guru,

While executing Transaction Code VL10G and giving a single Sales Order "110068428"(or Purcahse Order) number in the Selection screen,we do click on Execute.

The output of VL10G displays in addition to the selected Sales Order "110068428", all other Sales Orders.

Can we use some kind of Filtering mecanism which would help the end user and show him only the Selected Sales Order ( i.e. the Sales Order "110068428")

Please advice at the earliest.

That is due to the data selection settings under the user role tab in VL10G. You can advise the user to with VL10A for sales order selection or VL10B for purchase order selection. If you input sales order number in VL10A, then you can see only that sales order in the results.
