Mail host : smtp.gmail.com

Mail port : 25

SAP does not have the ability to use username/password for SMTP authentication, it requires that the IP of your SAP system is populated on the Relay agent of the SMTP server.

You need to use a local SMTP server.

Hi,

It can be done using the IIS SMTP virtual server.

Define the SMTP server relay it to (external) mail server your mails will go out to external server!

Mail host : hostname : It should be your exchange server( Mail server) name

and In your mail server you have to provide relay option to external mails.

Please maintain as below:

default domain : Domain of your company

Mail host : smtp server of your company

Moreover your company's SMTP server should allow to send mail from the SAP server
