Shopping Cart Deletion

HI

I am working on SRM 5, Classic Scenario

User has created the shopping cart. Then it rejected.

After that user has deleted the line item.

And now user is getting daily mails like your cart is reject. Please edit

How to stop these mail??

When he clicks on edit button, it opens cart with blank item, and when he clicks on Accept Changes system says Enter at least one item or one limit . but there is no place to enter anything

Just to clarify: user created a SC with an item, then it was rejected. So the user accepted the rejection and deleted the item?

Have you already tried to delete the SC at header level?

Hi

When SC is rejected , he deleted the line item and now status of SC at header level is deleted and Line item is blank

Mail which he receives daily says, Your SC is rejected, Please Edit or accepet changes

Now Accept Changes Tab is there, When user clicks on that system says Please Enter at least one item or one limit, but there is no place to enter anything.

how to stops mails which is receives daily
