Total value at time of release(rlwrt)

Hi Experts,

In an custom report the field RLWRT (Total value at time of release) is being fetched. I need information when this field gets updated with value.

The total PO value(NETWR) is different from Total value at time of Release(RLWRT).

Most of the values are different in this two fields.

I want in which tab in PO this value is taken and how the Field RLWRT is updated in table EKKO.

In standard scenario how and in where in Purchase order this value will be taken.

Regards,

Nani

HI Nani,

RLWRT Release completed Ordered value which irrespectiva of all the line items ( total of all the line items which are ordered)

NETWR net po value for perticular line item value

if you see the purchase order header in status tab you can find the RLWRT value

Hi Nani,

RLWRT field is updated the value only in case of purchase order affected with release statergy and with respect to that you have released the order then only this filed will update the value

Hi,

In 4.70 there is a new field introduced in EKKO - this field is

"RLWRT". This field stores the total value of PO at the time of

release. Now whenever a change in value is done in the PO, the new

value is compared with this value at the time of release - EKKO-RLWRT,

and accordingly the system decides if the release has to be reset

or not.

Hence the comparing value is the value at the time of release as of

4.70 and not the current value of PO. If a PO was released for a

particular value then the release for the PO should not be reset

unless the value exceeds this value at the time of release.
