Partial quantity coppied from Sales Order to Delivery.

Dear All,

We have created one sales order of 88 Pkts, when we tried to create delivery, only partial quantity (37 Pkts) coppied from Sales Order to delivery and we are having 72 Pkts stock of that material in system. When we tried to update quantity in Delivery, system gives msg "Only 37 PAC of Material ........ available.

Please suggest, what is the reason and how we can correct the same.

check the material master if delivery unit is specified.

also make sure alternate UoM is not specified in record

This Problem may be because of copy control settings, you can check it into VTLA and here select your delivery type and sale order type and then come to line item and check your line item category

IN condition

>> order requirement 101

IN Data Transfer

>> item data 101

>> Item Ext. System 0

>> Business data 2

this will allow to copy complete target qty. from sales order to Delivery.

Hello,

Use TCode MD04.

Provide material and press enter.

This will provide you the detail data, why 37 PAC of material are getting confirmed.

If you don't have the access to MD04, then use MMBE.

Provide the material and execute.

Select the desired plant and press detailed display button to get stock overview.

There you may see 37 Pac in Unrestricted use.

To conclude, this due to Availability Check.

Check transaction code V_RA. may be other stock is assign to different sales order.
