Good Day
We had a problem in which we have done a lot of configuration through creating a request in Service Desk in Solution Manager, and by an accident, the request was withdrawn, and changes are hanged between Development and Quality environments.
Requirement is to transport changes to production, so my question is:
1) Is it possible to revoke the withdrawn change request?
2) If not, then what is the best method to overcome this problem? Keeping in mind that a lot of changes has happened, and it will be chaos to create a new request and re-do the same thing again.
I would appreciate it if any expert can help.
Regards,
It is not possible to revert a Withdrawn ticket.
Create a new change ticket and new transports in your development environment. Ask your Basis Administrator to include objects from transports of "withdrawn" change ticket into transports of new change ticket. This is possible in the Transport Organizer (SE10) -> Request/Task -> Object List -> Include Objects... No new development/configuration should be required.
Move new ticket and related transports through QA, retest and move to production.
