Safety stock not considering at the time of Heuristics run

Hi All

At the time of Heuristics run the safety stock maintained at that location is not taken into consideration. That means when we have enough stock to cover demand system still demands from the source location.

What settings needs to be checked in this scenario??

At the same time when we remove ss stk from the same location Heuristics giving good results.

We run location heuristics.

Do you come across such scenario???

Hi Sanjay,

In case you are using safety stock method as MB/MZ/MM, you need to use planning book 9ASNP_SSP and data view SAFETY. Planning run would consider safety stock accordingly.

Pls try and check if it works.
