n/c count for Internal PPM calculation

Hello Masters,

I have one query regarding result/defect recording against MIC in inspection lot.

In case of multiple MIC in one inspection lot, how to calculate n/c count for internal PPM as system gives n/c count at MIC level and not inspection lot level? Because in case if same sample fails in 2 MIC results then n/c count will be repeated in both MIC even though for internal PPM purpose only single sample is n/c.

I hope I was able to explain my doubt otherwise please let me know and will explain in detail.

If sample size of all samples in an Inspection lot is same( means same sampling procedure used) n/c count at MIC level and inspection lot level will be same.

Does it make sense !!
