Send enter key is not working with ITS transaction on Mobile device

Hello Experts,

Has any one used Motorola device MC3190 with ITS transaction? We are using a DataWedge application in the device to enable the ITS transaction usage .We made the necessary settings(Send Enter key) in Datawedge application, but for some reason it does not work on ITS transaction.We are using web browser IE8.

I thought there must be some setting in Device to enable the enter key, I contacted the Motorola customer care, they replied that there could be something wrong with the SAP program. I executed the program on PC and used enter key on the keyboard, it works great. When it comes to the device, the enter key does not trigger upon scanning a barcode.

Hi,

I think on PC you are giving input the value and then enter. But when comes to RF device need to write program like if scanned means read value +Enter function, then cursor goes to next filed. I hope you are using customized program.
