Production order reversal error

Hi,

When i try to do, reverse the confirmation of production order, i am getting following error.(i was using t-code: CO13 to reverse)

kindly suggest what is the procedure to bring back from production order to rework.

since it is telling qual.insp.i am looking from QM side.

Error msg: "Deficit of BA Stck.in qual.insp 12,400.000 KG : PS_RBW25 8200 8203 WC11210007

Message no. M7021"

Note: I have sufficient stock in this batch.

Check the stock type during reversal in Co13

Hi ,

Deficit of BA Stck.in qual.insp 12,400.000 KG is because after your reverse the production order , there's not enough stock because all stock are current reverse back to Unrestricted stock (when you check in MMBE).

This usually happens if there is Inspection stock lying as QI stock in Inventory .Check this with MMBE first.

You need to do some manual material movement posting Unrestricted by doing 321 movement with MIGO.

Dear all,

i see the stock in unrestricted and i am able to do the reversal if inspection lot is not create.

if inspection lot is created for that production order while confirmation(Co11N),

same i am doing reversal in Co13, it not happening.

the Mvm types are 102, 262, 532 in reversal.

is it any procedure i am missing?

If Inspection lot is created then what is status of the Inspection lot ?

If stock posting is already done then you will get the error aforesaid....

Yes i have done UD and stock is moved to unrestricted.

now i am doing confirmation reverse in Co13 then i got that message.

now my question how i can reverse with out this error.

For such document specific reversal use -->SAP note :175842 for stock reversal

This will bring back stock to QI with reference to original material document.

Then cancel the original material document through Co13..............This will not through any error !!

We did the reversal by the following

Using MB31

Enter the order no

mvt type 102

stock type - unrestricted

Quantity

SAve

It will reverse the Goods receipt

Then reverse the production order confirmation through CO13

cancel the old inspection lot
