WBS Deletion flag

Hi Gurus

I am getting the error " there are current internal posting transactions not possible to set DLFL" when i try to set deletion flag for a WBS element.

The scenario is when client creates a contract in SD a WBS element is created.Time and expense is captured in WBS and linked with the contract line items.

Hi,

First see the transactions for that perticular WBS in CJI3. While settling the WBS in Cj88 see to that you give proper Conrolling area and appropriate period.

Check whether there are any costs on the WBS that need to be settled. Without settling these costs/making the costs on this WBS zero system wont allow you to set the deletion flag.

When i did the settlement of WBS using CJ88 i get the message "There are no accrued amounts; settlement is not possible" in that case any suggestion how the WBS DLFL can be set

you need to settle / transfer the cost before setting DLFL
