Is ther any way to do TWO WAY or mutual authentication for webservices in sap pi 7.0

in standard you can only authenticate on the PI (if PI has is the WS provider)

or propagate the authentication to the receiver system (like ECC) - this is called user propagation in PI terms (lots of blogs on that on SDN) - and there is nothing more available in standard,
