BAPIs for Easy Cost Planning in PS

Hi members,

I'd like to develop an Add-on program which needs BAPIs so that it can finally edit resource items in easy cost planning of WBSs.

But I can't find SAP-provided BAPIs to create/change/delete items shown in right-bottom area on easy cost planning screen for WBS.

Please, anybody tell me if the BAPIs are provided from SAP and how can I reach them.
