Dispatcher Stopped rc= -10757 XUSER error the user key is unknown.

Hello There,

This morning i have restarted my SAP instances of PRD and Appication Servers.

PRD Started normally, But when i m trying to start the Application Servers the dispatcher is stopped and when i checked the developer trace i found the following error:

Connect to database failed rc= -10757 XUSER error the userkey is unknown.

Then i tried to execute a few commands as PRDADM user in the command prompt:

dbmcli -u CONTROL,<password> -d PRD

dbmcli -u SAPPRD,<password> -d PRD

dbmcli -u SUPERDBA,<password> -d PRD

and all the above commands gave me this error:

ERROR! connection failed to node<local> for database PRD: db instance not found.

Hello..

I tried changing the logon credentials in the services, And it worked.

The Application Servers are up and running normally now.
