PI 7.1 EHP 1 Installation Error

Dear All ,

I am installing PI 7.1 EHP 1 installation . I am getting the error in the task 29 :

An error occurred while processing option SAP EHP1 for SAP NetWeaver Process Integration 7.1 > Installation Options > SAP Systems with Oracle > Standard System > Standard System( Last error reported by the step: Instance SID /DVEBMGS00 reached state SHUTDOWN after having state STARTING. Giving up.).

Kindly need your help on to solve the issue.

Iam also facing same kind of issue , how to resolve it,

       An error occurred while processing option SAP Solution Manager 7.1 Support Release 1 > SAP Systems > MS SQL Server > Central System > Central System( Last error reported by the step: Instance RAS/DVEBMGS02 reached state SHUTDOWN after having state STARTING. Giving up.). You can now:
