Regarding multiple invoices for smart forms printing through VF31

Hello Gurus

When i give multiple invoices for smart forms printing through VF31 Spool wil be generating. When i execute the spool i will get multiple outputs for smartforms.

Now the issues is when i execute multiple iam not getting the print out and data correctly in output. But when i execute it individually it is working fine.

Hai,

Ask BASIS to check the spool log list.

Still continuous, please paste the error you are getting during VF31 execution.

In your output type check

- Dispatch time

- Transmission Medium

For using Tcode VF31, it should

- Dispatch time: 3

- Transmission Medium: 1

In VF31, provide

- Output type

- Transmission medium: 1

- Processing mode

I have checked the things that mentioned in your reply

Let me explain more clearly : They giving out put from VF31 for a bulk number of billing documents and it creating spool ,from spool when they give print out some billing document priniting correctly and some are not.The error in the those document is some line item are missing in print out .

Note-If i print separately its working fine no problem at all but problem with only bulk no of invoices priniting

Hai Venkat,

Reg the issue, discussed with Abaper.

It may the output program issue, and please ask your Abaper to check whether all the data get cleared / Refresh at the end of the program.

and some times if it is not clear, in some subsequent invoice, it may take some garbage value.

When you are executing only one invoice - upon successful completion, all the garbage value will get cleared automatic.

Please check in that aspect too.
