Do not change status of message

Dear Experts,

I set up mapping between SM1 Service Desk and SM2 Service Desk.

SM1 : VAR. Transaction Type = SIVA.

SM2 : Custome. Transaction Type = SLFN.

I have done the necessary steps given in the "Configuration for Collaboration between two SAP Solution Manager Service Desks (Value Added Reseller and Customer)" guide.

My actions:

1. I create a message in SM2 (Customer). Send to external Service Desk.

2. Status of this message in SM1 (VAR) "Sent to support"

3. In SM1 I set the status of "Propoced Solution". Save.

4. Status in SM2 does not change. He remains what he set before sending to the external service.

I tried to install the same profiles of status (SLFC0001) in the SM1 and SM2.

SAP offers a way as to make adjustment of status profiles for VAR SolMAn and Customer SolMan?!

I have sent all data of messages except the status!

Question:

I want to make identical Status profiles statuses in SM1 and in SM2. (For example SLFC0001).

What steps should I take to message status changed during transmission? Please write in detail.

Thank you!

Hi Dmitriy,

Check the folloing configuration.

SPRO: SAP Solution Manager -> Scenario-Specific Settings -> Solution Manager - External Integration -> External Service Desk -> Define Value Mapping for Service Desk Interface -> Alternative Value Mapping (1)

For attribute type SAPUserStatus, change the RULE from Set Specified Value to Copy Value.

Please keep in mind that you need to define the rule for incoming and outgoing on both SM1 and SM2.

This "Copy Value" rule will synchronize the status value each other.

This feature is provided by SPS22 or following notes.

[External interface: Synchronizing the user status|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1388227]

Dear experts,

I want to know how SAP proposes to work on the standard (VAR SolMan - Customer SolMan):

1. Customer Solution Manager: Transaction type=SLFN, Status profile=SLFN0001?

2. VAR Solution Manager: Transaction type=SIVA, status profile=SLFC0001?

3. Change of status messages when mapping???
