Remote cube not pulling data from Planning Area

Hi All,

APO Environment setup : Dev --> QAS --> Prod

I have set up remote cube to pull data from DP planning area. this setup is working in Dev and QAS but when I migrated setup to Prod. I checked all setup Datasource, transformation, DTP and remote cube, and all objects are active on prod environment but some how remote cube is not pulling data. Also I am not getting any error message.

Could you let me know if I am missing anything?

Hi,

My answer might not be a big solution but i guess it would be helpful.Sometimes we forget small things and breaks our head for solution .

Since you have mentioned that it works fine Quality system and also in the production you are not getting any error. I would say when you execute and try to see the output, Please check whether you have selected the Layout. There is an icon 'Change Layout' in the top. You can select the columns you would like to display. Please try this.

Hi Jeysraj,

Appreciate your response, but that is not the case.... finally I was able to correct that. It had to do with some internal issue that I corrected by data source check/repair.
