Shopping Cart Message - "No active process levels have been found"

SRM 7.0 - Scenario in which the error occurs. The user copies line items from an old shopping cart that has been approved. The user hits the order button and all the lines that were copied are in error because the new cart that is being created is greater than the delivery date from the copied lines. The new cart will indicate that all lines are in error. The user fixes the delivery date on each line and hits the order button again. The error " no active process levels can be found" appears and "order can not be carried out" appears. Also, each of the line items has an "archived" status. If user was to do a check before ordering all is ok. It just seems ordering without checking causes the error. Any ideas? Note. User can save the cart, bring it back up in edit mode, then order it and all is ok. Thanks .

Hi Girish,

Thanks. The note 1301652 is already in our system. The situation I'm describing happens on the initial ordering of the shopping cart. It only happens when the person does not "check" before ordering.

Hi Dale,

Check if you have any BADI implemented Like DOC_CHECK which is internally posting this error. See if you can by pass the BADI Call to see the standard system behaviour.

Else I think you will neeed to get it invetsigated from SAP , there might be a problem with item copy and Order.

Arun - Scenario was just a word for the example of the situation. We are using our own developed process level control workflow. Agents do appear prior to the the first time they hit the order button - but agents then disappear once cart orderer hits the order button that first time. The approval process for the line items then go from initial status to archived status. Thanks .

Hi Brown,

Which SRM scenario you are working on and what type of workflow is used to determine the approvers.

Check if there are any approvers determined for the shopping cart.
